The estimated delivery time includes order processing time and shipping time. Typically, after placing your order, it takes 3-5 working days for us to process it. Once the order is picked-up by shipment partner, we will notice you with tracking number provided by shipment partner which enable you to track your parcel.
The Shipping fee doesn’t cover any import duties and non-refundable. You are obliged to pay the duties charged by custom authorities of your country if it is not in UK.
We hope you love your SHESPOKE, however if it's not quite right you can send it back to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. We feel sorry that exchange will not be accepted at the moment. If you want to switch to another option, please return your order and place a new one with us. We will accept returns within 14 days when you receive the order. To place a Return, simply use our Returns Portal. We regret all customers must bear the shipping cost for return. For cashmere coats
Dry Cleaning or Hand Washing: The safest method is to entrust your cashmere coat to a professional dry cleaner. Avoid washing with water, as it may cause cashmere fibers to shrink and lose their softness. Please remember, cashmere coats should not be machine washed or spin dried.
Gentle Handling: Avoid friction while wearing or storing to prevent damage to cashmere fibers. To extend the lifespan, do not wear continuously for more than two days. If you have more than one coat, rotate them to prevent fiber fatigue and maintain elasticity.
Proper Storage: Store your cashmere coat in a well-ventilated area, away from dampness and direct sunlight, to prevent fading and deformation. Avoid direct contact or friction with sharp and rough objects, such as denim, backpack shoulder straps, tabletops, and cuffs.
Avoid Perfumes and Cosmetics: Try to avoid spraying perfumes or using cosmetics while wearing cashmere, as these chemicals may damage the fibers.
Handling Creases from Transportation: It is common for cashmere coats to develop creases during transit. Hanging the coat for a few days will help it regain its natural fluffiness. Alternatively, you can use a steamer to remove creases. Please iron at low temperatures, avoiding high-temperature irons.
Pilling Management: Pilling of cashmere wool is a natural phenomenon. Avoid pulling or stretching the fabric. After washing, use a cashmere brush to remove the pills. With a few washes, loose fibers will shed, and the pilling will gradually disappear.
For Tweed Fabric
Dry Cleaning or Hand Washing: Tweed fabric is typically recommended for dry cleaning, although some styles may allow for gentle hand washing. Check the care label instructions before hand washing. Please remember, tweed fabric should not be machine washed or spin dried.
Cold Water Wash: If hand washing is possible, use cold water and a mild detergent, avoiding bleach and strong cleansers.
Gentle Rubbing: Gently rub
Gently rub the fabric, avoiding excessive force, to prevent damage to tweed fibers.
Avoid Sun Drying: Do not sun-dry tweed fabric. Instead, air dry it in a cool, well-ventilated area or use a dryer on a low heat setting. After thorough drying, hang tweed fabric on a suitable hanger to prevent wrinkles. Consider using moth repellents to protect the fabric.

When can I expect to receive my order from the time I place it, and how is shipping calculated?
The estimated delivery time includes both order processing and shipping time. The shipping time depends on the shipment location. Typically, after placing your order, domestic order takes 3-5 working days for us to process it. If the item is in stock, we can dispatch it immediately. In some cases, there might be a need to restock specific sizes, but this usually takes no more than 3-4 working days before the item is ready for dispatch.
For pre-orders, there is generally a production period of 1-2 weeks. Customized products typically require a production time of 2-3 weeks. We ship from the UK, and standard delivery within the UK is free, with an expected delivery time of 2-4 working days. Can I exchange or return my order?
We do everything we can to fulfil orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products or change to another size/colour or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information. You can return the received goods through our Return Portal.

The colour on displayed photos looks different from each other.
If the colour of one garment looks different on the displayed pictures, please refer to the indoor photo with a model wearing the product. Those indoor photos with models reflect the authentic colour most. The rest one are photoshopped or processed where colours may change. If you are not sure about it, please contact our Service Agent.

On the page of each product, our useful tool “Size Finder” can help you find the right size. Simply follow the instruction of “Size Finder” to input your basic measurement and Fit Preference. The smart tool will match your measurement to the standard sizes. You could select the size (for example, S, M, L, XL) to check how well each part of the clothing fit your measurement.
